Grant Application Form

Throughout the year, C3ET hosts fundraising events and drives with an aim to pass those donations through to an underfunded children-center charities located in East Tennessee.  These charities must be non-profit organizations with annual budgets of less than $500,000. Like everything else that C3ET supports, the charity must be aligned with our mission and address fundamental needs of at-risk children in four key areas:

  • Health and Wellness
  • Housing and Shelter
  • Food and Nutrition
  • Clothing and Necessities

    The executive summary is a comprehensive narrative that describes the program/project being proposed for funding. It should a include a brief history of the organization, explanation of the program/project that highlights the impact of the project and justification for why C3ET should fund the project. Please be detailed in exactly how the money will be used as this is crucial in determining who we allocate money to.

    During the process, we may ask you to submit current copies of documents such as a 501(c)(3), IRS Determination Letter, Audited Financial Statements, Budget, Roster of Board of Directors, or an Annual Report so please be prepared. You can submit any documents ahead of time to info@c3et.org if you wish.
  • Section 5 - C3ET Philanthropy Review

    This application will be reviewed by the C3ET Board of Directors. It is the responsibility of each applicant to review the application for clarity and completeness. Reviewers may have follow-up questions to be addressed to the applicant as part of the review process.
